Micro Release fixes some bugs in 1.28.0

  * Some typos in error debug prints
  * Fix build of ecore audio on windows with GUID changes
  * Fix edje player to not have black bg when alpha win used
  * Fix annoying warning on efreet desktop refs on exit
  * Fix access of uninit dpms state on displays with no dpms
  * Fix eina thread queue misalignment of data blocks
