[e-users] How to debug bluetooth connect failure ?

Testing under rpi 4 with rasp os, I cannot connect a bluetooth device 
which usually (under amd64) works fine.

The  device is detected in bluetooth gadget but fails to connect without 
any message.

How to debug this ?
