I'm not sure whether all the Pulseaudio modules are fully implemented yet in Pipewire-
pulse.  If you find some things aren't working the same you could try the Pipewire 
replacement for Pulse Effects - Easy Effects;

...I think it also uses Wireplummer.

I think the plan is for Pipewire to handle video stuff as well eventually so not sure how 
that will impact e16 in the long term.  I use e16 for a pro-audio machine, but using JACK 
Audio Connection Kit - Pipewire really isn't there just yet.
