You'd think, since cython is a new requirement for the git version of python-efl over the previously released version, there would be a mention somewhere that you need an older version of cython... However, cython2 has a requirement for python2, which i have not had installed for years at this point. As i mentioned in my original message, this problem cropped up between the upgrade from python 3.12 to python 3.13.
