The reason for all this trouble is that the page is uder development.
The manpage is a effort of the fluxbox community, and as souch it isnt 
being written by just one person -  thou asenchi is the leader of the 
project.  If you feel that you can contribute - let him know - and the 
page will be done sooner.
The fact is that fluxbox is under heavy development - and its hard to 
keep the documentation up to date when almost every new release gives us 
new functions.
Details on how to contact asenchi are available at www.asench.com - and 
im sure he'll appreciate any help you can offer. The manpage still has 
certain sections commented as being obsolete, or just not up to date - 
if your looking for stuff to help with.
