after using this a few more mins, its obvious this is skippy related.
I get a crash with the same error you reported if I switch workspaces
while skippy is active, this also happens in gnome as well. If I start
the app in a terminal on space 1 for example, and call skippy from
space 2 then skippy is active on space 1 and not on 2 like it should
be, this same thing happens in gnome. When I switch to space 1 I see
skippy for a split second then it crashes with the same error as you
have, same happens in gnome. Best of luck to skippy... maybe its just
me, but I think ipager works better, and is much more useful.. maybe I
just dont see what all skippy will do?
