i have no mozilla here, but firefox does not have an option -name.
i guess mozilla has no too.
you can match the application by other xproperties...

it would be usefull to read the fluxbox manual sections
APPS FILE and GROUPS FILE.

you can use "xprop WM_CLASS" to dertermine settings and use them
as mentioned in the manpage.

alternative:

setup your mozilla as you want, move it to workspace 10.

then right click on titlebar and use remember feature to save settings.
remember saves settings to apps file also.
