Very simple to fix... Dont use None Mod4 :RootMenu Think about it.. every time you hit Mod4 the menu IS going to open.. thats what you have put in your keys file, so to avoid the root menu opening when you hit Mod4 for another key combonation then simply dont use it as a stand alone to open the menu.
