Hmm, Mine appears as an icon in the bottom right hand corner when I click on the X..sorta like the systray in windows....it will also change icons when you have a new msg. So it's accessible to me from any desktop. If you minimize it though...it's just going to drop to the taskbar on the workspace that your currently on. You may also be able to start the app in the slit as another alternative...although on both these cases I'll have to double check when I get home.
