Hi, Just upgraded to the new 0.9.15 release and am trying to adapt my custom theme to use the new back ground options. Unfortunately I'm not having much luck. I've added the following line to my theme.cfg... background: centered background. ~/.fluxbox/styles/sexy-grey/_killing_lies_by_mi4.jpg to replace rootCommand: fbsetbg -f "~/.fluxbox/styles/sexy-grey/pixmaps/_killing_lies_by_mi4.jpg" which is now obsolete. But I can not get it to work at all. All I get is the message at the top telling me no background option has been specified. $ fluxbox -v Fluxbox 0.9.15-gentoo : (c) 2001-2006 Henrik Kinnunen ...under gentoo (up-to-date 2006.1). Any hints would be appreciated. On the same note, its a shame that the rootCommand is now obsolete, as it means all of the legacy themes that are kicking around need to be modifed to the new format. Would it make more sense to make rootCommand deprecated? That way it works but isn't supported, but all the old themes would work?
