I'm running fluxbox 0.1.14 on FreeBSD 5.4 and I cannot get the GDM
display manager to work. The fluxbox docs say to edit one of two
files:

/etc/gdm/Sessions/fluxbox
/etc/X11/gdm/Sessions/fluxbox

But I do not have either /etc/gdm or /etc/X11/gdm directories on my box
(I installed gdm by port).

Also, I tried to run gdmsetup as root but I get errors:

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

(gdmsetup:827): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:

Any ideas?
