window raising, focus model, etc

Hello,

Sorry if this is an FAQ... 

When two windows are open and one is underneath the other, I would NOT
like the window below to raise unless I'm clicking on its title bar. Is
it possible? 
 
I set the focus to follow the mouse, "autoraise" is off... Ideas?
