Please test native language support

Hi All,

I've just made a change to the way native language support is distributed 
and installed (and earlier to how character encodings are handled), and 
was hoping people could test for us.

If you run with some locale set, I'd appreciate if you could try out:

If you previously installed from source, it would be useful to do a
"make uninstall" in the _old_ source directory before installing the new 
one (this is less important if you didn't install from source previously).

Things you'll be looking out for:
  - Strings are not truncated (cut short)
  - Text in fluxbox menus are (e.g. configure menu) are shown correctly

Things you'll need to be aware of:
  - Make sure that the font in your style supports the character encoding
    of your locale.
  - If it doesn't work, check if fluxbox supports your language and
    encoding: there should be a file in the source tarball called
    "nls/<your_LANG>/generated-<CODESET>.m"
    If there isn't one for your codeset, please let me know so I can add
    it.

Finally, if you find your translation is incomplete or missing, please 
feel free to contribute an updated "nls/your_LANG/Translation.m" file.

I'm hoping we can have a new release soon, and this needs a bit of sanity 
checking.
