Hi you,
For 'Run', you must have this in your Fluxbox Menu :
[exec] (Run) {fbrun}
You can make a keyboard's shortcut with this for example :
Mod4 r :ExecCommand fbrun
I don't think it's possible to use arrows to run a shorcut.
