i did a small test, booting the machine, starting fluxbox, opening qjack 
(and nowaday ardour too!) without deco.
than i was adjusting everything so fine using toggleDeco and remember 
funktion, till i got a .fluxbox/apps file like this:

i did not edited the file, i just opened it!

than i reboot and on the promt i logged in as user, and looked again 
into .fluxbox/apps file, it still was looking ok, than starting flux, 
first looking into file - ok -than i start qjack ang get the same 
"frameless" window?
i looked into file than again, which still was looking like above,
the same thing happened when i started ardour, it appeared without deco ?
since i did not switched the toggleDeco on in qjackctl the hole time, i 
just now looked into the file, and it is "updated" :

[app] (qjackctl)
  [Dimensions]  {432 122}
  [Deco]        {NONE}
  [Close]       {yes}
[end]

?
but, perhaps this issue has not to do neither with fb nor with qjack, 
but with some other kind of  missing functionality. like some other 
library  or some other dis compatibility?

or a kind of misconfiguration here?

i dont have eny idea?
