Organizing windows

Hello fluxbox community :)

I am using fluxbox for several years now with such a pleasure :) Thanks 
to all people involved in that project !!

Here is my question:
I want to have different ways (with a key shortcut) of organizing 2 or 3 
windows.
example is better than long discussion:
in keys file:
Mod1 F12 :MacroCmd {MoveTo 0 0} {ResizeTo 1398 800} {NextWindow} {Raise} 
{MoveTo 100 100} {ResizeTo 200 200}

As you have understood, i am trying to put one window at some place and 
then move the other one to some other place.
But instead of that i cannot move any other window than the one i have 
the focus on.

Any hint ?
