NextWindow and Mod4 key

Dear fluxbox users,

if I have

  Mod1 Tab :NextWindow

in my keys file, it works as I want it to: the last window, i.e. the
one that had the focus right before the current one gets it back.
However, Mod1 is the Alt key and I want to use it within emacs, thus I
change the above line to

  Mod4 Tab :NextWindow

Now NextWindow does work but not as intended: it cycles through the
windows, not starting with the last focused. That means, I can not
quickly change focus between two windows when more than the two are
open.

I assume that the window cycling behaviour is normally controlled by
the line

  session.screen0.focusLastWindow:  true

in the init file (which I have). But when I use Mod4 (the windows key)
for NextWindow it seems to be ignored.

I did restart fluxbox and changed it several times but still this is
what I get. Mod4 in my keys file works like a charm for other actions.
I use fluxbox 1.0_rc2, but it was the same when using fluxbox
0.9.15.1. However, it was no problem with older versions.

Any suggestions?
