I have a single monitor setup of Fedora Core 6 on my laptop (x86_64) and 
the transparency is not working. I have feh-1.3.4  installed which I 
assume should be enough.

I am using my old $HOME with all the config files from previous linux 
installation (FC4), and the transparency was working there.

Moreover, I had the same problem with fluxbox after fresh installation 
on my another desktop computer. I even posted the message in this 
mail-list asking for help, but the next day the transparency  just 
magically started working. This time it has been more than a week 
already and I have no idea what might be the problem.

Obviously this does not help the previous author in any way, but I just 
want to let him know that he is not alone :)
