Hello ! I resolved my problem of date and accentuation with fluxbox 1.0RC2. In fact, the problem was resolved with the last version. Indeed, it was a conflict between the .deb from Debian testing and the tar.gz. I uninstalled the tar.gz version and reinstall the .deb. Now, the date show in the taskbar with accentued letters.
