in my style

window.label.unfocus.textColor: darkgrey
window.label.unfocus: flat gradient vertical pixmapA
window.label.unfocus.pixmap: title.xpm
window.label.unfocus.color: #FFFFFF
window.label.unfocus.colorTo: #000000
window.label.focus: flat gradient vertical pixmap
window.label.focus.pixmap: title.xpm
window.label.focus.color: #FFFFFF
window.label.focus.colorTo: #FFFFFF
window.label.focus.textColor: black

so text in the focused tab is black others are darkgrey,
the color/To things are useless because of the pixmap.
