Re: java - new windows

Mmmh... not sure it is so simple. Java 5 behaves correctly with
Metacity (all my co-workers use standard GNOME environment). IMHO this
deserves some further investigation, maybe there's indeed some problem
with fluxbox.

I'm still insisting on using fluxbox on my development environment, but
current Java app behavior is a real PITA, and this makes my life as a
Java developer miserable =/ Upgrading to Java 1.6 at work is not
feasible in the short term due to other technical issues, so it will be
Java 5 for a little (?) longer.

I am not saying this isn't a Java bug; but, to be realistic, Java
upgrades come every once in a blue moon, it might be much simpler
dealing with it on fluxbox side (if at all possible).

I hope fluxbox developers will listen to my plea and at least give it
a try ;-)

Regards,

Andre
