Keyboard Access to "System Tray"

Hi Folks

I just need to get a definitive answer on this:

When I run certain applications, notably Skype and Opera, they pop a
little icon up into what would be the "System Tray" on a Windoze machine.

Skype is my problem here.  I like to work with the keyboard as much as
possible and have done extensive stuff with my ~/.fluxbox/keys file,
giving me a great and all-but mouseless interface experience.  However,
Skype won't minimise/maximise like other applications - close the main
window and it just goes lurking in the "System Tray", and can only be
coaxed out again by use of the mouse.

Is there any way, or will there be any way in future versions of Fluxbox
that will enable me to interact with this tray-bound application via the
keyboard or do I need to look at some way of disabling the tray so that
Skype can't park itself there in the first place?

Typically, the only thing spoiling my Fluxbox experience is a
closed-source application external to Fluxbox...
