Re: Focus-follows-Mouse and maximizing problems in Fluxbox 1.0rc3

that's what mathias said, older versions didn't care if xterm want
himself to be resized by a whole row or column only. as you can see,
another row wouldn't fit that "gap" so the new version of fluxbox you
upgraded to won't resize by half a row because xterm doesn't want to.
so that's not a bug, but a new feature indeed.
* some quick workarounds: move xterm down so it stick to the toolbar
or use a script with wmctrl to do it for you and bind to your
MaximizeWindow keyboard shortcut; or use the toolbar on the top of the
screen instead of on bottom, (nice because tabs will be near
toolbar!); or edit your style adjusting the toolbar/titlebar/handle
height in a way there will be no gap (if you always use the same font
size in your x terminal). Or hack fluxbox source in a way it wont care
about that specific window hint, or hack you terminal source to always
set the hint value to zero ;)
anyway, still i think it's reasonable to have a delay before focusing
or to focus only when mouse stops moving...
