change font size on toolbar

Hi folks, Ubuntu 7.04 server amd64 Fluxbox 0.9.15.1 I have been trying couple days to reset the font on toolbar which is too small to read. On the drop-menu, I found many styles but all of them with small fonts hardly to read. Please advise how to increase the font size on toolbar, menu, etc. TIA B.R.
