sources: where is 'configure' ?

Hello to all,

I just grab latest Fluxbox sources using subversion via
'svn checkout svn://svn.berlios.de/fluxbox/trunk fluxbox'

but cannot find any 'configure' file in the retrieved files as mentionned in 
the README file.
