Mathias:
I tried xwit and didn't work, as you mention in the article, there are
issues setting the DISPLAY variable, seem to be the same issues I had
when using wmctrl and xprop.
I tried launching the command from a terminal, from fbrun and as a
keybinding, none of them worked :(

Oleksandr:
My X setup is the following:

Section "Device"
     Identifier "nvidia0"
     Boardname "Nvidia GeForce8600"
     Busid "PCI:1:0:0"
     Driver "nvidia"
     Screen 0
EndSection

Section "Device"
     Identifier "nvidia1"
     Boardname "Nvidia GeForce8600"
     Busid "PCI:1:0:0"
     Driver "nvidia"
     Screen 1
EndSection

I added the Xinerama option, but SetHead didn't work either.
