Many thanks for the new version. One question: What does "windowmenu"
want to look  like? When I ran make install, it hung up on installing a
file called windowmenu, because there wasn't any. I went ahead and set
up a blank file with that name in the data subdirectory, then reran make
install and all went well. But what should it contain?
