Systray scrolling changes workspace

Hi, I've recently updated to fluxbox 1.1 and ran into a problem with
scrolling and the systray. Previously this would notify the application
of this but now it changes the workspace. Specifically I have problem
with amarok which is displayed in the systray. Scrolling over the icon
should change the volume.

from ~/.fluxbox/keys:
OnToolbar Mouse5 :PrevWorkspace
OnToolbar Mouse4 :NextWorkspace

I don't want to disable toolbar scrolling enterily either as I usually
use it to change workspace.

Is this intended behavior? Is there a workaround?
