in .fluxbox/apps, [Hidden] doesn't work

This is rather strange because it used to work for me before I migrate
from Gentoo Linux to Debian Linux. I am using fluxbox 1.1.1. Every other
configuration of Conky works (like position, no deco, low layer, sticky
option) except Hidden, which makes conky always sitting in the bar.

What can I do or where do I start to figure out what went wrong? Thanks.
