Fluxbox not autostarting apps after upgrade to Karmic

Hi I was using Hardy and installed now Karmic (I prefer Koalas to Herons ...) (/home in separate partition, so same user settings et al.). I really like it, but one thing is strange: After installing fluxbox, the startup apps specified in apps do not start anymore. Is there a way, that I can see why? Thanks, Rainer -- Rainer M.
