i don't use xterm as rxvt is quite faster, so i don't know about
ctrl+rightbutton
but what about using the -fn parameter?
xterm -fn 9x15
xterm -fn "-b&h-lucidatypewriter-medium-r-normal-sans-18-180-75-75-m-110-iso8859-1"
no luck still ?
