cycling through multiple windows of same application, how?

The requirement comes from the frustration of using Thunderbird. I often
have a compose window, a main window, an addressbook, a view window
viewing a particular message, and sometimes a search window too. I hope
I could cycle through all windows without switching away from
Thunderbird. I know I could put all TB window in a single desktop, which
is the way I do now, but I have other special use of multiple-desktops.
