Borderless Pop-up Windows

Hello,
I am trying to make all firefox windows borderless (including pop-up 
windows). 
I have configured my apps files to get everything, and still get borders 
around pop-ups.
[app] (.*)
[Deco] {none}
[end]
What I am seeing is the normal firefox browser will have no border, but I 
click options from the File menu such the save as, or the import, I see a 
border. But if I choose option from the tools menu, I do not see borders.
Is there a way to make everything not have borders?
