Dual taskbars on dual monitors?

I am wondering if it's possible to have two taskbars, when using a dual monitor setup... So all the windows on the left screen would minimize to a taskbar on the left screen and all the windows on the right screen would minimize to the taskbar on the right. Or to have one taskbar over both the screens, when the windows would just be organized to the left and right would work too....
