What about the init file? in the init file (in the .fluxbox folder), there is an entry similar to the one following (my modified version: session.screen0.toolbar.tools: workspacename, prevworkspace, nextworkspace, iconbar, clock, systemtray #prevwindow, #nextwindow, #clock #systemtray All this is in one line, and you could try to simply put nothing behind the ...tools: This could work. Another idea: what about deleting all lines with which start with ...toolbar? I am just wondering - if you don't put anything in the toolbar, why do you care if it is running?
