Re: confusing bug of unable to siwtch to / show new windows

Can you find the window in "xwininfo -root -all" when it's theoretically
onscreen, and see if the display coordinates are offscreen or something?

(note that window manager frames and toolbar icons are included in the list
- it's likely to be embedded in a window manager frame, and probably a
"normal" size, rather than something like 10 pixels wide).
