fluxbox-wiki update

Hello everyone,

I have finished the conversion of the wiki into html format. I updated the
DNS records tonight to point at the new github pages powered site.

The new site github repo is located here:
https://github.com/fluxbox-wiki/fluxbox-wiki.github.io

Pull requests welcome!!


I am pretty sure I got all of the content moved, but just in case I missed
anything I am leaving the old wiki online for the rest of the year. It can
be accessed at: http://old.fluxbox-wiki.org/
The old site is already locked and will remain locked so modifications to
its content will not be possible. If you find content that still needs to
be migrated please send a pull request with that content, or create an
issue on github with the links to what is missing.
