Anybody here using Pycharm?

I am running Ubuntu's Fluxbox 1.3.5 and Pycharm 3.4.1 (Idea).

The bug I encounter is that any dialog window that the IDE opens does not
seem to have focus, or is on a weird focus state. I can type but nothing
shows. I have to switch workspaces back and forth and then the actions I
performed get sent. All keyboard related events, clicks work just fine.

How can I debug more information in order to see if this is a bug on
fluxbox or pycharm? I also use this on my laptop using I3 as windows
manager and do not have that issue (have others, sigh).

Thanks!
