Can't find X developement libraries

Trying to satisfy the ./config dependancies to compile fluxbox from
source without success. Can anyone cive me a/some pointer(s) please?

My base system is Deian Jessie

The files I am short  of are:-

xlibs-dev
x-window-system-dev
x11-devel1

(or similar ones)
