You can configure global hotkeys in ~/.fluxbox/keys, just add a line like
this:
F12 :Exec xwarppointer abspos 900 500
then click on "Reconfigure" menu entry in desktop menu (right mouse button
on desktop). See `man fluxbox-keys' for details.
I would also recommend to use some modifier, e.g. Mod4 F12 (Win key + F12)
instead of bare F-key (many applications use such keys themselves).
