ChangeLog:
bugfix: calculation of when to wrap the title text was flaky - caused windows
        with long titles to grow horizontally.
bugfix: stop iconified tabbers being deiconified during restarts.
bBuggyFocus option for systems that have difficulty focusing tab-managers.
