Request to increase 1024 char/line limit in read.c

Hi fvwm-workers,

the 1024 char limit in the read line buffer in fvwm/read.c has become too small.
This caused a breakage in my MissingSubmenuFunction menu generator
after after addition of programs + update; the Popup did not display.

Could the buffer be extended to, say, 4096 chars?

Explanation of the problem:
The line got so long because it holds all filename extensions used for
"text" category files.
I use the filename extensions so one can use the menu to browse
through the directories and see only files of a particular kind (e.g.
text, graphics, audio, video).

The generated menu line that showed the breakage was this one:
