When a frame is iconified, de-iconifying it with the center mouse button 
freezes fvwm.

Repeat-By:
Start a fvwm session
iconify a frame by a left-click on the iconifying button, top-left of a 
frame
de-iconifying the icon with the center mouse button freezes fvwm
de-iconigying an icon with a right-click and pop-up menu works fine

Fix:
So far I have to avoid using the center mouse button to de-iconify.
When fvwwm is frozen, I have found no other way than killing all fvmw 
processes and starting a new fvmw session
