FVWM: Icon style and Fvwm 2.6.7

Hi

currently I seen the problem that windows, once iconified and
deiconified, are not on layer 4 anymore than on layer 2. So they reapear
behind any other window.

I have something like the following in my config:
   ThisWindow (!Shaded, Iconifiable, !Iconic) PipeRead "echo WindowStyle IconOverride, Icon $[HOME]/.fvwm/icon.tmp.$[w.id].png, StaysOnBottom"

... for when I iconify a window.

That part of my config is pretty old and never was source of a problem
until now. (I believe, I found that sniplet long ago here on the list.
But the only references ([0][1]) I noted about that, are gone.)

So, I wonder, what changed that made this stuff break..

Sure, I can restore the put layer by I want to understand why that
happened.
