Yes -- the underlying fundamentals of XSM haven't changed -- but aside from
XTerm (which only sets WM_COMMAND because it's using Xt), and a few other
lucky applications, it's all going to be a rather moot event.

2004, you say?  Goodness me, that was a lifetime ago.
