This is, what I was thinking, that FVWM load something,
before I load my ~/.fvwm/config

On the Debian System there are only
    /usr/share/fvwm
and
    /usr/share/fvwm/default-config/

The "FvwmIconMan" will be another mail...  because  it  seems,  FVWM  is
removing the ": " behind "*FvwmTaskbarIcons" which produce the error but
it is not with all options.
