FVWM: SnapAttraction ignore?

Is there a window style that can be set which causes all other windows 
to ignore the first window for the purposes of SnapAttraction?  In other 
words, when I'm moving any other window I want that move to ignore a 
specific window that it moves near/over rather than snap to it.

I tried setting "SnapAttraction 0" on the window I wanted to have 
ignored, but that didn't work.  This, unsurprisingly, has the opposite 
effect from the one I desire (i.e. when the "SnapAttraction 0 window is 
in motion, it doesn't snap to any other windows.)
