FVWM: Window title placed to low in title area

Hello,

by default FVWM (2.6.7) does place the window title with a fixed offset from top of the title area. If the title area height is reduced using "TitleStyle Height" the free space below the title text gets reduced and finally the text gets clipped from below. What would be expected is that the text gets rendered always vertically centered regardless of the title area height.

Is there an option to somehow affect the vertical placement of the window title text?
