FVWM: missing titlebar, decorations for one program (Microsoft Teams electron app)

Microsoft teams is an "electron app" that ignores many window manager
polocies, and decorates its own windows with micrsoft style buttons, but
meanwhile has no borders, titlebars, etc.

I have overriden some of its crap behaviour by removing its use of
UrgencyFunc (it keeps stealing focus everytime someone talks), but I can't
seem to find a way to restore decorations.

I already use this with success elsewhere:
Style "*" DecorateTransient

I've tried GNOMEIgnoreHints etc, but the only thing that slightly helps is
Style "*Microsoft Teams*" NoDecorHint

I suspect it's still impossible judging from this:
