Yea, Teams is such crap. I fixed at least some issues with the following
Style:
Style Microsoft* StartsOnPage 2 1, RecaptureHonorsStartsOnPage, CaptureHonorsStartsOnPage, StartsOnPageIncludesTransients, FixedPPosition

I would like to see your full solution for it.

Unfortunatelly I have no solution for the focusing and different
titlebar.

It also starts now always behind the xterm where I start it.

By the way, if you, like me, don't like that teams is hidding messages
in a logfile under .config, you can start it directly via
`/usr/share/teams/teams`. The teams "binary" in path is just a stupid
wrapper.

Regards
   Klaus
